These sand erasers work well for erasing graphite lines and colored pencil from your wood art. They are like a mix between a normal pink eraser and sandpaper- there is a little bit of grit that works well for wood. These erasers don't create tons of eraser crumbs too and people really like that aspect of these erasers.
These erasers do not have sandpaper strength, so they will not sand out heavy mistakes, paint, burn lines, etc. They are really good at light mistakes, so pencil marks, graphite paper lines, transfer paper lines, etc. They work 50/50 on carbon transfer paper lines. Carbon is really hard to remove from wood without sandpaper. This sand eraser can remove some carbon, but it's better for pencil graphite rather than carbon paper lines.
