Creator's Note: The unique, flowing grain pattern of this walnut cutting board is from a special part of the tree: the heartwood. This walnut heartwood has an interesting grain pattern on the flip side of the board that runs through the thumbhole. Complimentary to the physical heartwood and resembling Renee's love of donuts, the donut has heart-shaped sprinkles. This piece would be excellent as a personal serving board that sparks a moment of joy during daily use.
