Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final sale.

However, if something arrives broken or damaged, we will do our best to make it right and find a solution. What we create is important to us, and our customers are equally important. We will work with you to determine what the best solution is, so please reach out ASAP if something arrives broken or damaged.

Cancellations

You can request a cancellation or refund: before item has shipped. Once the item is shipped, we cannot offer a refund.

Shipping Policies

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You should receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We have auto carrier rates set up to ship domestically. We have no control over these shipping costs, as costs are determined by your location and the weight and dimensions of the packages.

Tracking: We include tracking and insurance on every package, but once a package is in the carrier's hands, we cannot control what happens to it. If your package goes missing, becomes damaged in transit, or anything else happens to it, we will of course work out a solution with you. We will also contact the carrier and file a claim for the insurance.

We try our darndest to get the best shipping rates and delivery times, however, sometimes shipping is still expensive. Sometimes our products will have free shipping, other times they won't. Thank you for your understanding.

International Shipping

***Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.***

Local Delivery

Local deliveries can be made around New Cumberland, PA. Free local delivery is available for orders over $25 within a 5-mile radius from our home in New Cumberland, PA. Deliveries are made before 7pm on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provide. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Sometimes it is slow to update.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at itsdavidandrenee@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Some delays are expected due to COVID.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Well, right now with COVID, lots of things are expensive, including packing materials, shipping supplies, and shipping rates. The shipping cost estimated and totaled at check-out is calculated based on shipping distance to the destination, package dimensions, weight of the package, and what carrier you select. When we go to pack your order and buy your shipping label, sometimes the rates have changed and it's actually CHEAPER than what you paid! That's right, cheaper! Meaning you might have overpaid by a couple of dollars or so. When this happens, we refund you the difference in what you paid vs. the actual cost of the label. I guess we could keep those couple bucks, but we try to stay honest and transparent in our business, so we will refund you the difference via your online payment method (card, PayPal, Venmo, etc.).
